facility usage guidelines


Highland Community Church (HCC) will practice the following guidelines regarding usage of the

church facility and meetings of the congregation.


Group Meetings.:

         a) Three rooms at HCC will be designated as meeting space. They are the Conference Room          and the two moveable rooms within the Fellowship Hall (Room 1 & Room 2).

         b) All groups - youth, Bible studies, life groups, prayer, etc. - will make reservations for room, day and time of meeting. 

         c) Group size shall conform to current guidelines. 

         d) 6 feet social distancing should be practiced. 

         e) Face masks are encouraged. 

         f) The expectation is that participants will stay at home if they have a fever, cough, cold, etc. 

         g) At risk people are advised to stay home. 

         h) Groups will take responsibility for disinfecting the room after usage with supplies provided by HCC.

Check our Reservations calendar below to see if the day and time you'd like to use a room is available. Email the Church Office with Reservations in the subject line to request the room. You will receive a confirmation email when we've added your request to the calendar. Please reserve your room at least three business days in advance. Reservations will be considered in the order they are received.
